GABRIEL SAFFAYEH
Chief Operations Officer
With two decades of construction industry experience, Gabe’s expertise instills confidence in our partners and investors. With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, he began his career in residential home remodeling and then as a building inspector for the New York City Department of Buildings, where his meticulous attention to detail and commitment to safety strengthened the foundation for his career. He then honed his skills as a project manager for esteemed NYC based Construction Management Firms, orchestrating the successful execution of projects of up to 500,000 square feet. He oversees every facet of our projects, from the initial stages of scouting potential properties and conducting comprehensive cost/sales analyses, to the intricacies of design and coordination with architects, engineers and contractors.

Chief Financial Officer
George has over 26 years of experience in accounting and finance, delivering accounting, advisory, and auditing services to various investment and real estate funds. His leadership in the alternative products arena makes him a leading fund professional in the US, Asian, and offshore regions. His experience ranges from structuring and servicing startups to large, global multi-billion-dollar funds of varying structures and strategies. George holds the Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst designations. His extensive expertise in fund management and financial analysis provides our clients with unparalleled insights and strategic guidance, ensuring optimal financial performance and compliance.

Chief Business Development Officer
After a decade-long career in financial services, Tom pursued an entrepreneurial venture, acquiring an insurance solutions business that he successfully expanded and eventually sold in 2020. Following that acquisition, Tom remained with the acquiring company in a senior leadership capacity, where he oversaw client relationship management and business development. His entrepreneurial spirit and strategic acumen have been instrumental in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Tom is now entrusted with the vital role of managing investor relationships, new business development, and marketing.
